Tattoos or military brands on the arms should not surpass the wrist. but only one hand tattoos of a form of ring are permitted when not exceeding 1 / 4 inch width. face tattoos are also permitted as permanent eyeliners for females as long as they are appropriately worn and not brightly colored to fit uniform dressing code.. Why is the ink in my tattoo spreading? i only just turned 18 in august..and i was thrilled to get tattoos..so i got 3. one on my forearm.. one on my foot.. and a short quote on my wrist. so it hasn't even been 5 months since i've gotten all of them and in each one some of the ink is spreading. like my forearm.
Is it normal for the tattoo outlining to bleed out under the skin? update cancel. his skin was covered with miniature veins and as soon as i even touched the needle to the top layer of skin the ink was spreading out all around the linework, it was bizarre, it took me weeks to research and discover this was something that can happen in fair. After a shop poll: the sun obviously does effect tattoos over time, but will not cause linework to spread how this tattoo did. edit: shop poll did only consist of 5 artists, but still was a unanimous response.. In addition, most states place restrictions on whether people who have tattoos can donate blood.because of the danger of hepatitis, the american red cross will not accept blood from someone who has been tattooed in the past year unless the tattoo parlor is state-regulated. most states do not regulate tattoo parlors..
